How to Cancel Headway

I just took a free quiz on Instagram and received an email saying I have subscribed on their website or on the app, which I haven’t. Does this mean they have got me subscribed without my consent? How do I unsubscribe

My wife downloaded this app. Next thing she knew she was charged UKP 75.54 via PayPal. Quite impossible to contact Headway, so I've cancelled it for her via Google. No chance of a refund, of course.

I canceled the app in September, in Nov, Dec, and January I got charges on my card rom behappychallenges for 19.99. I had to cancel my credit card. Furious.

I also did the free trial and got charged, could not even open the app t at least make use of it. That was last year. This year again! They took out the money a 2nd year in a row. So how do I get out of this scam so it's not every year the same ?

Does this show up as a charge for BEHAPPYCHALLENGES at 19.99? I had the app, I loved it, they have me a deal for 13.60 because I wanted to cancel, but I can't figure out where this BEHAPPYCHALLENGES charge came from? I canceled the app, but not sure how cancel this other charge. Does anyone know?

Cancelled my subscription on the same day I downloaded the app, having realised that the quality of the recordings were diabolically poor. I contacted the app directly who confirmed that my subscription was cancelled but they didn’t advise me to also cancel via PayPal. They took payment that day and didn’t offer a free trial period.

Hi, I came here by looking for solution how to cancel the subscription of headway, I read all the comments wrote into this field, SCAM, DON'T DOWNLOAD IT E.T.C, then I said to myself that am a victim too for headway. Cz I've been charged also 59.99 for a an annual subscription fee. Then I wrote an email to them to give me back my money, I didn't get a reply for two days, and then here the third day reply came, that they cancelled my subscription and refunded my money, I replied The second day i still didn't get the refund, and then they replied that the refund will take to be processed 7 working days for bank. The good news was ai got my money back. Truly. They refunded me.

Please help and guide me in getting an access to the Headway app. I paid my subscription thru PAYPAL services and when i downloaded the app in my ipad, the app still requires me to pay another yearly subscription. I might have double charges if i click to this.

Total scam. My daughter accidentally clicked on the free trial in an add and I tried to cancel but there is absolutely no way to cancel. I hope PayPal will refund as I also don’t have access to the content so I paid for nothing and a 7 year old isn’t even legally able to sign an agreement like this!!

Impossible to cancel. Signed up through Instagram and created an account through their signup page. Account login is publicly unavailable and can only be obtained through customer support. Password reset does not exist online. IOS App password reset does not work. Repeated support emails have been ignored.

This is a total scam! There is absolutely no way to cancel it! The subscription doesn’t even show up on my phone and nowhere on the app does it have a cancel subscription button! I can handle being charged but really worried that they will continue to charge me!! Help!

I tried the free trial, and I was trying to cancel it, but it is impossible. I signed in via the instagram link and I can't find the website to log in and cancel the membership. I was charged with 46£. Can they actually charge us again next year? I also would like a refund, as I did not agree for a year membership.

I was charged twice for this app, apple refunded me for one download but few days later I was charged again, and apple doesn't show the charge. Now contacted them via email as I have to get to developer myself. Paypal refused refund.

This is clearly a scam. People are unable to unsubscribe. The methods they give above do NOT work. I had to cancel via my PayPal service.

Tried to cancel my subscription at the 6 day period. I ordered via the website from a link on Facebook. Extremely difficult to cancel and now I’m getting charged for it.

I tried the free 7-day trial subscription and at the 6 day mark tried to cancel the subscription so that I would not be charged and was not able to find how to do so on the app or in Apple subscription settings. They also do not have an actual website that allows you to do this either. I'm very upset that I was charged the $60 USD and want to be refunded

I can't access the app. I was at the pay window. And it kept spinning. I then tried to start over, and it says my email address is already taken. It defaults to an old Gmail which I don't use. Please call and help me fix. 760-518-4471. My email is john@redacted

I tried cancelling my subscription from the playstore but it wasnt listed. I'm not satisfied with the service and would like my 60$ refunded and service completely cancelled
