To cancel EXCEED subscription on Android, you need to realize that deleting the EXCEED app alone won't cut it. Follow the steps below:

  1. First, open the Google Play Store. If you have multiple Google accounts, be sure you're signed into the right one.
  2. Click on menu, then go to "Subscriptions".
  3. Choose the EXCEED by Money Network subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the "Cancel Subscription" option.
  4. Finish up as directed.

Once your EXCEED subscription has been removed from Google Play, your future subscriptions will be cancelled and won't be renewed anymore.

How do I remove my Card from EXCEED?

Removing card details from EXCEED if you subscribed directly is very tricky. Very few websites allow you to remove your card details. So you will have to make do with some few tricks before and after subscribing on websites in the future.

To cancel EXCEED subscription on your Mac, do the following:

  1. First open the Mac App Store, then click on your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Click on the "View Information" tab at the top of the window and sign in if asked to do so.
  3. Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
  4. Click "Edit" beside the EXCEED by Money Network app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

Note: Always make sure to use the exact username and ID you used to set up the subscription to manage that subscription when necessary. This is sometimes different from the Apple ID or Android brand ID you have set up.

  4. You'll be shown a series of merchants' agreement you've transacted before. Click on "EXCEED by Money Network" or "First Data Corporation" to cancel.
  5. You will be shown a confirmation page. Click on the "Cancel Automatic Payments" tab to affirm that you want to stop making payments to EXCEED by Money Network.
  6. Then click "Done" on the verification page to complete the unsubscription.

Here's how to cancel your EXCEED subscription when billed through a payments provider that is not the Appstore, Playstore or Paypal.

Sometimes, you may start a subscription directly on a company's website without using an extra layer of security like Paypal or Apple. To unsubscribe, you might have to sign into EXCEED's website or directly reach out to their payments provider.

Generally, here are some steps you can take if you find yourself in that fix:

Go into your Settings and click on "General" and then click on iPhone Storage. You will see the option "Offload Unused Apps". Right next to it is the "Enable" option. Click on the "Enable" option and this will offload the apps that you don't use.

Hello i signed up for the exceed money card at walmart at the request of my personal head , I was told that my card was going to be here in 7-10 days and still havent recieved it and my paychecks are still going into EFS NATIONAL BANK and i have no way to access it , is there any way for me to either recieve a card so i can access the money or transfer the money out of the account to my actually bank account

    Sign in and setting trouble

    The is great I can see both my main acct balance and my piggy bank from home screen with no sign in,however here is the problem that needs fix when I go to sign in with my biometrics it says error every time and it started after the new update and I even try to go into my setting but it won’t let me it just pops a loading sign up and doesn’t do anything past that. Please fix this problem.

    I like the updated Exceed because I can now view my check stubs without being at work this is great now my question is will I be able to print it out if need be? Just thought I’d ask not that I need to print any of them out now just wanted to get further reference so I’ll know what I can do or need to do in the event this comes up. Thank you for the update!
