How to Cancel T-Mobile Internet Subscription on iPhone or iPad:


  1. Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
  2. Click the T- (subscription) you want to review.
  3. Click Cancel.

  1. Goto your Mac AppStore, Click ~Your name~ (bottom sidebar).
  2. Click "View Information" and sign in if asked to.
  3. Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
  4. Click "Edit" beside the T-Mobile Internet app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

To cancel your T- subscription on PayPal, do the following:

  1. Login to www.paypal.com .

  4. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to. Click on "T-Mobile Internet" or "T-Mobile" to cancel.

  3. Click on that X to delete the T-Mobile Internet app.

Delete T-Mobile Internet from Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose T-Mobile Internet, » then click "Uninstall".

I’m 10 days into slow download speeds (2-15 Mbps) and loss of internet in the evenings. Had 135-150 Mbps speeds from Dec 2021 until last week. Called Customer Service twice now but the situation hasn’t improved. Service said they would elevate the problem and call me back, but it has been three days and I have had no return call. Need help…

I am paying for a service that is not at all reliable! My T home internet hasn’t been up and running for days now. I am seriously looking at xfinity!! I may switch this week. It’s cheaper too! If I find it to be reliable I’ll just get their phone service too.
