I have rode the this app scooters on several occasions and have had nothing. But positive experiences. On one occasion I did have trouble getting my scooter going and unlocking my app, after I reached out to the admin team they quickly and efficiently resolved my problems so I may return to my gliding.

The app is great and all and it has some high-quality scooters. I always take the scooter to go to class way quicker and it helps a lot. The only problem that I’ve had with this app is that the “end ride” button is broken. It’s stuck in a loop that it is processing to end the ride but it does not end the ride. They need to fix this ASAP so it doesn’t keep charging me for the ride even though I just stopped using it. Even if the user forgets to end the ride, There should be a mechanism where if the scooter is inactive for five minutes or something like that and automatically end the ride for you. That would be very helpful for many users. Please fix!

They’re great and all but it would be nice if you could rent more than one scooter at the same time with the same account and also sometimes idk if it’s because I was going uphill but it wouldn’t go like at all and sometimes they just don’t want to go so you have to look for another one. Also the map sometimes isn’t that persistent so I would love to see all those updates in the future and I’ll for sure give y’all the 5 stars!

I want my refund in my debit card not in the glide app. I don’t want to use glide service since it’s not the first time that it charged me for it not to work. Also I want to unlink my debit and it doesn’t let me.
