1 year agoI am trying to cancel my membership and subscription. we have tried to redeem our membership "weeks" and everything promised was actually false. We were told we would have the option to cancel but we learned that was a lie too. I would like my money back as we have not used one single thing on this "membership"

1 year agoWould like to terminate membership #4063820. When we purchased last summer, we were promised many things. When trying to reserve for this year, none of what we were promised is true. We feel that we were deliberately lied to just to sell the property. In my book, this is fraud. Please cancel our membership; feel that we should get all of our money back but know this will not happen. Just cancel!
