How to Cancel Sport Clips Haircuts Check In

Not sure why others have had problems. App works fine, doesn’t really need all the bells and whistles. It’s straightforward and it functions as it should. Not the apps fault of stylists are done faster or may take longer. That’s the human element that really can’t be de-bugged. It would take away from customer service just to have a stylist update while they are with a customer. They can’t constantly run to the computer every 2 seconds to update their time. So what would you have a time frame within 5-10mins or good service. I choose the latter. I guess a picture of the stylist would be great so you always know who you have, that did confuse me once when I thought I had my normal stylist which I didn’t have under my favorite yet. Other than that it’s great. Bug adjustments as normal and updates are always coming out so thank you.

As a stylist who works for Sport Clips myself, the idea of the app is helpful, it’s not 100% quite yet but it does work and it is helpful. Sometimes it will give you wrong wait times (not by much) or sometimes it won’t let you check in, but feel free to give us your feedback and we can let our owners know! I love how it especially gives you wait times for specific stylists but it won’t let you choose that stylist if they have over a two hour wait time (which is fair because our stylists need time to breathe!) also, if your stylist does not get their until a later time it will NOT let you check in with them until they clock in, your best bet is to walk in about 15 min before that time they are scheduled and say you want that specific stylist and the stylist should assist you and you should be in no time :) Has a few kinks, but don’t worry.

Decent app. It can be a bit quirky at times. In a couple instances I’ve had it not let me check in and once it did check me in and didn’t confirm it. I found out 15 minutes later when I went back into the app and tried to check in again. It wouldn’t let me and I realized I was actually already checked in from the first attempt. I appreciate that it allows me to choose the stylist I want. However I would really like to be able to find out which stylists Cut my hair in previous appointments (when I chose “first available”). That way, if I really liked a stylist from a previous appointment but didn’t get their name, I could go back and see who it was and request them for future appointments. Otherwise, the app is helpful and does allow for a relatively easy check in and less wait time in the salon.

This app is terrible. I have it a 2 star rating because the tech works properly but as far as cutting down on your wait time it’s BS because as I write this I check in to the store on 96th street in Indianapolis and have been waiting 45 minutes since “my stylist was ready” according to this app. On top of that somehow there are still another two people in front of me and the hair stylists are just shooting the breeze with each other. No sense of customer care or efficiency here. It’s Saturday and this stupid needs to work on their staffing. There are three people with one training. They should probably run training days when it’s not the busiest day and time of the week. Just some feedback from an upset customer who likely won’t be back.

I attempted to make a remote check-in through this app. The time was confirmed on my iPhone screen. I kept the screen open so that I could show the stylists in case there was a problem. I arrived at the time recommended by the app, but my name was not on the local check-in list. The stylist wasn’t terribly sympathetic about this and mentioned that they have nothing to do with the app. I had to reregister and that put me at the bottom of the queue. It appears that the online check-ins are not being synced with the local store’s check-in. This is a big negative! While I like the service I get at Sports Clips, I’ll just call instead of using this app!
