To cancel 7NOW subscription on your Mac, do the following:

  1. First open the Mac App Store, then click on your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Click on the "View Information" tab at the top of the window and sign in if asked to do so.
  3. Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
  4. Click "Edit" beside the 7NOW: Food & Alcohol Delivery app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

    Convenience got a little more convenient

    I’m a big fan of app delivery services, but nobody offered tobacco delivery. And then I found 7NOW. They do require ID at checkout AND when delivered and the driver is required to scan the ID. Super smart. I use this feature to avoid going out of my way/dealing with early morning traffic in the mornings to get cigarettes when my work is a straight shot from my home. I haven’t had any problems with the app, they always arrive on time or early. Only suggestion would be if the store is out of an item that you have an option to select something else. I find it a little hard to believe that a store is always out of 20oz Diet Pepsi but time will tell I guess. I would gladly accept a Diet Coke too 😂 And for those that are complaining about your 7-11 not delivering - not all stores participate- just like on GrubHub/DoorDash/Postmates. I know there is a closer 7-11 to me than the one that the driver shows up at on the map. Just cause there is a store a block away doesn’t mean they offer delivery! Don’t blame the app for that.

    Horrific! Do not use this app!!

    Absolutely HORRIFIC. Do not order from this app. I ordered almost an hour ago and they told me that it would come 30 minutes ago, I guess a half an hour is a pretty reasonable amount of time. However when I checked the app at the expected time it was supposed to come at, it informed me that it would be coming in another 25 minutes!! I called up the hotline to see what’s going on and an annoying automated voice told me that there were 5 people on call before me. I waited on hold for another minute, and then it informed me that no one could pick up the phone and directed me to leave a message. Once my order does come, I’m deleting the app as fast as I can.

    Use Literally Anything Else

    I’m always amazed when a major corporation releases and heavily markets a product like #7now but doesn’t catch stuff like... updating delivery time... in a delivery app. Fun fact, the app also does not tell you what it’s password requirements are during account creation or allow hyphens in last names, shows out of stock items as available, does not have a way to contact the driver or modify the order once submitted, sells your personal information (US only so it’s legal to require you to opt in to email marketing and associated data barter), requires you to call customer service and wait on hold for upwards of 45 minutes... to leave a voicemail, and the best part is it’s not even 7Eleven delivering your order... it’s Postmates! Also can’t request a refund on an order through the app, Microsoft Anna yells at you about there being “three people ahead of you” although that number doesn’t change and eventually just dumps you to voicemail, cancels orders hours after stated delivery time without reaching out to customers and in some cases without notifying them, delivers partially fulfilled orders and sometimes charges the full amount. I’d be genuinely amused by the incompetence on display here if it wasn’t standing between me and some skittles... which means that this is true to the in-store 7Eleven experience at least.

    I have literally had every problem and more that can happen with an Order since I first started ordering from 7NOW app, first time I ever placed an order it was marked as Delivered after I waited several hours for the order and it was never even Delivered, I have gotten Orders with missing Items, damaged Items, and wrong Item sizes etc, I got charged a Delivery fee when it was suppose to be free and never got the Refund just like I did not get refunded for certain missing or wrong items in the past, and My last order I had a damaged sprite Can that had an air leak to where the soda was completely flat tasting, and a Banana that had a bunch of brown sections, so I ended up having to throw 2 Items away, and there has been times when I put 15 or more Dollars of Items in the Cart to get the free Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream and either did not get it at all or a different kind then I had chosen, then there were other times I never got the free Mini Tacos, only reason I still even use this nightmare of an App is because I don’t drive and have a hard time getting around and sometimes I need certain Items asap, it literally gets My anxiety going every time I need to place an order just hoping nothing is missing or damaged etc... smdh 😒

    One Disappointment after another!!

    First of all the only 7-11 near where I live that offers 7 Now Delivery is in the Ghetto, and the Employees that work that are very low class and rude, they are unprofessional and make a habit of messing Peoples Orders up and then act like nothing is wrong, they don’t like to get the actual Items or sizes of the Items You pay for in the Bag that gets Delivered, and some of the Postmates Delivery Drivers cannot be trusted with The Items of You’re Order half the time, You get Damaged and missing Items, and wait forever for a Delivery that gets marked as Delivered but never actually got Delivered, then after You go through that hell You have to Wait forever on the Phone listening to the annoying screechy Music with the Automated Voice repeating the same darn thing over and over trying to get a Customer Service Representative to get a Refund for an Order etc and get snobby People giving You a hard time on the Phone and lying to You, making excuses so they don’t have to Refund You or do anything for that matter to help resolve the Order problem, and then You have to keep calling days in a row trying to find that one Person that’s not a complete Incompetent waste of time that will actually help You out. 😒
