Removing card details from Kia Access if you subscribed directly is very tricky. Very few websites allow you to remove your card details. So you will have to make do with some few tricks before and after subscribing on websites in the future.

1 year agoThis page is as unusable as the app. My subscription is a trial (I think!) is it is impossible to rate the service here (as Evil.) KIA Access put me off KIA for life!

1 year agoI got a Kia Soul 2022 earlier this year. Some kind of Kia Access (UVO) (trial?) was activated at purchase. I would like to know the exact steps to take to ensure that this subscription does not renew. (It never showed up in my Subscriptions on my iPhone so it was probably subscribed in some other way at the dealership.) Thanks.

2 years agoI recently acquired a Kia Seltos 2022 in Puerto Rico but UVO service is not available in PR, the system is always trying to activate it and while doing so it blocks the radio functions, maps, Bluetooth, and everything else. How I can disconnect or reset UVO to avoid this problem? it is a really annoying issue. Thanks
