I’m not one for writing reviews but I feel strongly about this wine. I purchased the Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 and boasted about it being my new favorite on my FB page, only to have a bunch of friends chime in and inform me about the app and the stories behind the people on the bottles. I downloaded it and about jumped out of my seat when the man on the bottle started “talking” to me haha. Very creative marketing and just all around great concept to back up a VERY good wine. Will def. be trying the others versions very soon.
OK - I love history and this marketing strategy has worked where I’m concerned. I happen to really like the 2017 Red Wine, and just finished my second bottle. I am also collecting the corks to see how many of the 19 crimes I accumulate. Download the App and visit your local liquor store. You’ll have more fun hearing actual stories of real people, punished to death by transportation to Australia from the UK. The 19 crimes committed seem pretty tame compared to today.
This is a really good wine!! Love the flavor & color. Sweet aroma without the sweet taste. It is so smooth goin down. 1 bottle will not last with 2 people, you will want to open a second, so buy 2. I keep coming back to this one as I always purchase 4. Check out guy showed me the app and I couldn’t wait to download and show others the ‘tales of those who were banished’ who visit our home! Keep up the great work on this wine!!
I love the wine to bits, no question. So when my father asked me to point the phone at the newly purchased bottle, I wasn’t sure what to expect. So you can imagine that I jumped out of my skin when the mugshot spoke to me. A fantastic app that brings a little piece of history to life. It could also double as an amazingly funny prank too! Just make sure you’re the one holding the bottle when your friend jumps.
Love, love, love 19 Crimes! First tried it with my Aussie boyfriend, and it’s been our most favorite ever since. We are partners in crime and look forward to doing the time! 😌 Our favorite is the Warden; which I can’t seem to find anymore since it first hit the shelves. Please make more! We are collecting corks and almost have them all! My favorite crime is “ Impersonating an Egyptian” 😎 This wine is really yummy and quite drinkable. Get ya some!!
