It's auto drafting 9.99 a week on my card I'm not sure I authorized this I just read one book then deleted app it needs to stop drafting me now

I have tried eveything to unsubscribe from the Google ireader and nothing works, I have even connected them with no reply I just want it gone and to stop charging my card. Can you help?
