1. The developer of Oak is Big Sky Health and all inquiries must go to them.
2. Under the GDPR, Residents of the European Union and United Kingdom have a "right to erasure" and can request any developer like Big Sky Health holding their data to delete it. The law mandates that Big Sky Health must comply within a month.
3. American residents (California only - you can claim to reside here) are empowered by the CCPA to request that Big Sky Health delete any data it has on you or risk incurring a fine (upto 7.5k usd).
4. If you have an active subscription, it is recommended you unsubscribe before deleting your account or the app.

To delete Oak from your iPhone, Follow these steps:

1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Oak - Meditation & Breathing until it starts shaking.
2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
3. Click on that X to delete the Oak - Meditation & Breathing app from your phone.
