Your app said i could cancel anytime but there is no cancel option neither i got any email from you after my subscription. 2 years agoI tried speechify for 3 days and was never offered other choices for the subscription, if I knew I would have done the cheapest one. 7.99 a month. Now I can’t cancel till next year. What can I do to change the subscription? $139.00 is way too much. Any help would be great!

2 years agoI was billed after the trail and wasn't aware it was that much or it was happening. I contacted them to see if I could cancel because I couldn't figure out how from my browser. If you signed up specifically on the site just login from there and go to your profile and then billing section. You can cancel from there. I hope this helps anyone else with this problem. I wanted to try this app for reading for school, and I really liked it, but it doesn't work all that often at all at least for me and it kept crashing.
