  3. Cancelling a subscription during a free trial may result in losing the trial account.
  4. You must always cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.


How to Cancel Zendesk Support Subscription on iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
  2. Click the Zendesk Support (subscription) you want to review.
  3. Click Cancel.

How to Cancel Zendesk Support Subscription on Android Device:

  1. Open your Google Play Store app.
  2. Click on Menu » "Subscriptions".
  3. Tap on Zendesk Support (subscription you wish to cancel)
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription".

  1. Goto your Mac AppStore, Click ~Your name~ (bottom sidebar).
  2. Click "View Information" and sign in if asked to.

  4. Click "Edit" beside the Zendesk Support app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

To cancel your Zendesk Support subscription on PayPal, do the following:

Beautiful, simple, straightforward

You won't get any of the fancy reporting or play mode functionality in this app, but it works wonderfully well and intuitively to do the kinds of things that an agent might need to do on the move—and actually, the app is better off for its clean interface. If my boss texts over lunch break about a customer request, I can easily search and share their ticket, or send off a quick reply. Brilliant!

So Appreciate This App

As a remote employee, sometimes I find myself away from my home office when a support ticket comes in. When that happens, it is SO nice to be able to help my customers and keep my ticket load under control. When there are bugs, they get fixed. And there are new features added all the time. I’m grateful for this free app that gives me so much freedom and functionality!

Good if and when it works. Update: the new version is awesome!

Update: the new version is so much better. Thank you for fixing the log out issues. This app saves me so much time. Good if and when it works. I get locked out regularly, very annoying. For some reason it will not let me back in. I have no issues with the web app. Too bad, it's very useful when working. Please fix.
