- Subscribing to a plan and not cancelling it manually will result in the plan auto-renewing.
- Cancelling a subscription during a free trial may result in losing the trial account.
- You must always cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

- Click the Caffeine (subscription) you want to review.
- Click Cancel.

- Goto your Mac AppStore, Click ~Your name~ (bottom sidebar).
- Click "View Information" and sign in if asked to.
- Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
- Click "Edit" beside the Caffeine: Live Streaming app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

To cancel your Caffeine subscription on PayPal, do the following:
- Login to www.paypal.com .
- Click "Settings" » "Payments".
- Next, click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
- You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to. Click on "Caffeine: Live Streaming" or "Caffeine Inc." to cancel.

- Visit Caffeine website: Click to visit .
- Login to your account.
- In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
- Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
How to delete Caffeine account:
- Reach out directly to Caffeine via Justuseapp. Get all Contact details →
- Send an email to [email protected] Click to email requesting that they delete your account.
Delete Caffeine: Live Streaming from iPhone:
To delete Caffeine from your iPhone, Follow these steps:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Caffeine: Live Streaming until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Caffeine: Live Streaming app.
Delete Caffeine: Live Streaming from Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Caffeine: Live Streaming, » then click "Uninstall".

I absolutely love this app. It is in so many ways better than twitch. The community here is so friendly, and as a streamer it is so easy to get people to join your stream because they have a section dedicated just to new streamers! As a viewer things can sometimes get laggy but you have to close the app completely and then reopen it. The only thing I would change is maybe for the viewers give them some kind of chat log! Other than that it is an absolutely amazing app :)

Love the app it’s great but..
After the third day I’ve had it,it won’t let me view anyone and this has been going on for like 2 or 3 in a half weeks but I stayed on someone’s stream for awhile and it worked but when I joined others it didn’t and then I came back to it and it was black again,I use an iPhone and my internet is charter spectrum if you can write me back on a way to fix it that would be very much appreciated

Good but it’s performance connection needs to be fixed
The this app app is good there are 3 streamers that I watch that stream on that platform. It’s good and easy to use just it’s be to laggy making the audio so broken and scratchy And the it’s choppy saying bad connection once they fix the network issues it have then the app would be perfect

I’ve been streaming for a while so I know not only how daunting it can be to join a chat full of total strangers, but to start broadcasting yourself to entertain those same strangers. However, this app has mastered the simplicity of it all. Streaming is easier now than ever before with this app!!

An Excellent Streaming Platform
this app is a good place to do streams and have fun with your viewers and everything. Even though this platform is in its beginning stages, it is very simple and easy to start streaming on. Some day, if I consider streaming, this would be my number one choice. Nothing but love❤️💕💯
