    New User on trial

    I am hearing impaired with high frequency loss. I wear BTE hearing aids but still have problems when on my IPhone. $10 per month seems pricey. I have made five calls so far and I do have to say I am getting good results. Will report back in 30 days. It’s now been three months and I’ve decided it’s a keeper. The only issues I have experienced are minor in nature and mostly related to my lack of familiarity with the app. Customer service responds to questions right away. The key thing is the app works! I now have call forwarding activated on the app and all my calls - incoming and outgoing are coming through Sonic Cloud. Five stars.

    Wish I would have known about this app before

    My elderly grandparents have both experienced hearing loss. I wish I would have known about this app when they were both using their mobile phones, it would have said a lot of time and lent to a better phone conversation. My opinion is you have a great opportunity to help many people. I hope the people who need this service can afford to pay the $9.99 per month. I think it’s worth it, and I hope they do too!     Allows me to keep working

    I am a project manager and spend hours each day on the phone coordinating projects. I have MFI hearing aids but must use the ear buds to bring the microphone close to my mouth so that the others on the call can understand me. But the volume and clarity on the ear buds was very poor. The the app solution completely solved this problem as the software adjusts the incoming signal for my ears. Once again, folks on the call have no idea I’m hearing impaired. That’s real important to me!

    Use with Bluetooth hearing aids

    I have no problem with phone calls but spend many hours a day watching TV recorded programs on my iPad via Bluetooth to my hearing aids. My hearing aids can’t compensate for my high-frequency loss so I set up my hearing profile WITH my hearing aids thus matching my hearing loss. I now can stream all audio from my iPad and iPhone with great results. This program is like placing two hearing aids in series and compensating for my high frequency loss.

    I was always amazed that I was never able to adjust the quality of sound coming from my iPhone. The music app has an equalizer, that’s so so, but you are stuck with increasing or decreasing the basic volume only...and most times that does very little to improve the sound quality. I must admit when I first came across the Sonic Cloud app. I was skeptical. I was very surprised that the app. allowed an infinite degree of fine tuning, including the ability of making adjustments while I was in the middle of a conversation! I became so used to just OK sound that I was very pleased with the quality of sound that Sonic Cloud created. No more straining to hear what the caller is saying...its like a brand new phone!
