I have been billed for 2 months Sunday Only for Nov and Dec when I cancelled my subscription Oct 9th. Nov was $9.79 and Dec $12. I called in Nov because I could not remove my credit card info. They removed it. But STILL charged again in Dec. I WANT A REFUND. It is an error on your end not mine. Your people need a lot more training! I am tired of calling and calling and calling. I want it STOPPED and I want my money back. Getting a paper every other Sunday and then having to call and then maybe we would still get a copy. I quit that headache and called Oct 9th and cancelled. My acct is associated with 8124919792 I made my bank HFCU aware of this. I don't put any financial info on a smartphone. I don't have your app. Cellphone 8124997126. Donna Kavanaugh 2524 S. I think we pay a "subscription fee" for a daily (7 days a week) delivery. It has now been shortened to 6 days due to all Saturdays becoming a holiday or something. Lately, I get a paper every other day. Now we have gone to the same pay fee for half of the product. Today was the final irritating straw. SUNDAY 1-8/23 there was no paper My neighbor got one though. Saturday there was no paper. One day last week Wednesday or Thursday there was no paper. However, the cost remains the same. The neighbor gets his paper placed in the, wait for it ... "Newspaper Box below the U.S. mailbox. We get it thrown on the driveway rain or shine. The wife says that's because we are on the "wrong" side of the street. I got dressed and went down to the local "Stop and Rob" to purchase the Sunday paper that I had already paid for and not gotten. This has to stop! After being a customer since 1974 at this location, I guess my next move is to cancel my subscription.

I just cancelled my newspaper subscription a few minutes ago. I did want to keep the on line subscription, however. How much does that cost?
