I just downloaded the app this week and it works perfectly fine. I can easily search tests, billing, message providers, etc. I also really enjoy the new graphical layout of the test results. I’m not really sure what happened with all the 1 star reviews in November...sounds like a lot of “user error” going on...

I have used this app for several yeats and used almost every function that is available on the app. Not particularly fond of the lab results format but I will learn it too. I just wish I could print out the complete/current blood work to give to my GP. Keep up the great work Vanderbilt.

This does everything I need it to without any hassle. I can pay my bill, message my providers, check my results, etc. No bugs that I’ve noticed

It would be really helpful if patients were able to attach images or documents to messages. It would allow nurses and doctors to see what the patient is dealing with in order to better diagnose what the patient should do. If the ailment is not serious, it would keep the patient from taking an unneeded office from a patient that actually needs to be seen. Also, when viewing lab results, allow users to tap on each score to learn about what the specific category is and why it is important. For example, if a user taps on their “auto neutrophil absolute” score, an info box would come up explaining what that is and what it does for the body.
