    I don't write reviews

And I never thought a mail app would be almost exciting to try. I hate the apple mail app, always have. But as far as mobile mail I couldn't complain too much it does the job. I downloaded this first on my MacBook Pro, and I couldn't believe that I actually love a mail app enough to know I'm going to sign up once the trim is over. I can't go back. It's really that good. The features are amazing, ive never seen a mail app have them, and the interface is easy and very modern looking, not cumbersome in the least, especially considering how nice they've managed to design it on top of it all. Email is now fun. At least for now. I'm switching desktop apps from outlook 2016, which I thought was perfect until I tried this... i don't even know if I need the features but I have a feeling they'll be nice to have for some occasion. I send links to an article I've written to various editors and with this app, I can now see if my content is being read, shared, ignored, so I can get a better idea on various writing styles and which are more well-received. In short: get the desktop and phone app and do away with all the email clients we've all used by default, this email app beats them all.

This is a FANTASTIC email Application.

I've been around Technology for over 20 plus years, and this email application truly gets the complete job of needed requirements done. You do not have to search any longer for an email application that gives you all the features you need. As a CTO for over 20 years and now retired... but still consulting for 2 of the U.S. Government 3 letter Agencies in the areas of cyber security and quantum computing I can tell you that I have seen it all. So for what it's worth... I highly recommend this email application if you are looking for a fully featured email application for your device. (Period)... 5-Plus Stars for sure. And BTW I am not affiliated in anyway with the folks behind this email application or their company.

    From best to better!

Used the desktop app almost two years ago and left it with my old work. Just picked it back up on my mobile and never expected to be so excited about - or write my first positive app review - an email app. Best part is it takes no onboarding time before you start gaining benefits. Unlike some of my other favorite apps (the Omni suite) you don't have to invest hours upon days upon weeks using and learning the flow to appreciate it. Download this thing - its free - and you'll see in the first few emails how great it is, specially the tracking options which now support multiple tracking, love it!

Promising, but no good to me without Exchange

I so wanted to make this my email app. Loved it on the trial run (and I greatly appreciate the free trial). There are some bugs. It often loads mail extremely slowly (so much so that sometimes, the notification pops up before the message is available). Badges are unreliable. Folders are inflexible. All that was dwarfed, though, by the excellent sender profile feature, especially the ability to access all files a contact has ever sent you in a single list just by opening the profile window, which in turn can be opened through any message from that contact. So for that, and the beautiful interface, I could have lived with the bugs in the hopes they would work them out eventually. But no support for Exchange is a deal breaker. One of my employers uses Exchange, it can’t be configured as IMAP, and Polymail could give no definitive answer as to when Exchange support would be forthcoming, though they’ve been talking about it since 2016. I have four jobs, which is an immense amount of information to keep organized; I need all my mail in one place. I’m finally making the jump from Mac Mail, but it won’t be to this. It’s not ready yet.

Great app, but needs to focus on small details

I love how this app has iPhone, iPad, and Mac native apps. However, there are some small tweaks and features that should be implemented. My biggest feature would be to select which devices get specific email accounts. For example, I use Polymail on my phone for personal, school, and work email accounts. However, on my work laptop I want to toggle off my personal and school email accounts to keep my private life separate from my work life. The subscription price is also steep given that there are free services that offer read tracking, but I pay for the uniformity across all devices.
