  1. Once you subscribe to a plan and you don't cancel it manually like you subscribed, that plan will renew automatically because you gave the permission.

How to Cancel SPYPOINT Subscription on your iPhone or iPad.

  1. First, open the settings app and tap on your name.
  2. Then, tap on the "Subscriptions" tab.
    (Note that you might not automatically see this tab. In that case, tap on iTunes & Appstore)
  3. Next, tap on your Apple ID. View Apple ID then sign in and scroll down to the "Subscriptions" button.
  4. Next, tap on SPYPOINT (subscription) you want to review.
  5. Now, Tap on Cancel.
    (Note that if you don't see a "Cancel Subscription" button for SPYPOINT, then it's definitely canceled already. It won't be renewed anymore).



How to Cancel SPYPOINT Subscription on your Android device

To cancel SPYPOINT subscription on Android, you need to realize that deleting the SPYPOINT app alone won't cut it. Follow the steps below:

  1. First, open the Google Play Store. If you have multiple Google accounts, be sure you're signed into the right one.
  2. Click on menu, then go to "Subscriptions".
  3. Choose the SPYPOINT subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the "Cancel Subscription" option.
  4. Finish up as directed.

Once your SPYPOINT subscription has been removed from Google Play, your future subscriptions will be cancelled and won't be renewed anymore.



How do I remove my Card from SPYPOINT?

Removing card details from SPYPOINT if you subscribed directly is very tricky. Very few websites allow you to remove your card details. So you will have to make do with some few tricks before and after subscribing on websites in the future.

Before Signing up or Subscribing:

  1. Create an account on Justuseapp. signup here →
  2. Create upto 4 Virtual Debit Cards - this will act as a VPN for you bank account and prevent apps like SPYPOINT from billing you to eternity.
  3. Fund your Justuseapp Cards using your real card.
  4. Signup on SPYPOINT or any other website using your Justuseapp card.
  5. Cancel the SPYPOINT subscription directly from your Justuseapp dashboard.

How to Cancel SPYPOINT Subscription on a Mac computer.

To cancel SPYPOINT subscription on your Mac, do the following:


  1. First open the Mac App Store, then click on your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Click on the "View Information" tab at the top of the window and sign in if asked to do so.
  3. Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
  4. Click "Edit" beside the SPYPOINT app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

Note: Always make sure to use the exact username and ID you used to set up the subscription to manage that subscription when necessary. This is sometimes different from the Apple ID or Android brand ID you have set up.

If you don't remember your password however, contact the App for help/to reset password.


How to Cancel SPYPOINT Subscription on Paypal.

To cancel your SPYPOINT subscription on PayPal, do the following:

  1. First log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com .
  2. Click on the settings tab which is beside the logout option.
  3. Press "Payments" from the menu provided to you and click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
  4. You'll be shown a series of merchants' agreement you've transacted before. Click on "SPYPOINT" or "9138-4529 Quebec Inc." to cancel.
  5. You will be shown a confirmation page. Click on the "Cancel Automatic Payments" tab to affirm that you want to stop making payments to SPYPOINT.
  6. Then click "Done" on the verification page to complete the unsubscription.



What to do if you subscribed directly on SPYPOINT's website?

Here's how to cancel your SPYPOINT subscription when billed through a payments provider that is not the Appstore, Playstore or Paypal.

Sometimes, you may start a subscription directly on a company's website without using an extra layer of security like Paypal or Apple. To unsubscribe, you might have to sign into SPYPOINT's website or directly reach out to their payments provider.

Generally, here are some steps you can take if you find yourself in that fix:

  1. Finding the company's information, then reach out to them directly: Get all SPYPOINT's contact details here

  2. Visit the website of SPYPOINT. Click to visit .

  3. Login to your account.

  4. In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".

  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.


How to delete SPYPOINT account

You might have created an account on SPYPOINT during the course of using the app. Many apps make it so easy to signup but a nightmare to delete your account. We try to make it easier but since we don't have information for every app, we can only do our best.

Delete SPYPOINT from iPhone.

To delete SPYPOINT from your iPhone, Follow these steps:

  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold SPYPOINT until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the SPYPOINT app from your phone.

Method 2:

Go to Settings and click on General then click on "iPhone Storage". You will then scroll down to see the list of all the apps installed on your iPhone. Tap on the app you want to uninstall and delete the app.

For iOS 11 and above:

Go into your Settings and click on "General" and then click on iPhone Storage. You will see the option "Offload Unused Apps". Right next to it is the "Enable" option. Click on the "Enable" option and this will offload the apps that you don't use.


Delete SPYPOINT from Android

  1. First open the Google Play app, then press the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner.
  2. After doing these, go to "My Apps and Games" option, then go to the "Installed" option.
  3. You'll see a list of all your installed apps on your phone.
  4. Now choose SPYPOINT, then click on "uninstall".
  5. Also you can specifically search for the app you want to uninstall by searching for that app in the search bar then select and uninstall.

My Camera got Stolen which I was using is it security camera for my gravel pit. They’ve called the Sim card and I don’t know how to cancel my monthly subscription because it’s no good to me now can you give me no good while I was in Costa Rica and my camera just got stolen and they pulled the Sim card and I lost all my pictures

Tried relentlessly to get customer support. No one answers, chat never works. Huge waste of money!!! Do not use Spypoint cameras, you'll be very disappointed.

    Great camera & App

    I bought 2 Micro Link trail cameras and have had them out 1 week now and each camera has transmitted over 100 pictures. I have really enjoyed seeing what’s in my hunting areas in real time. I love the app and it’s ability to make changes to the camera remotely from my phone. I also bought 1 security box and I like it much better than the strap for mounting to the tree and I will be ordering another because I have had cameras stolen before. If I had to say anything negative about these cameras it would be the picture quality that is sent to your phone. They are a little fuzzy, SPYPOINT app says this is normal because pictures are compressed to be sent to your phone but the pictures are also captured on your SD card in the camera and they are top notch quality. The Micro Link is a awesome cellular trail cam at a great price.

    Has worked flawlessly

    I purchased my Link-Evo cameras to put on property I own that is 5 hours away. I wanted to make sure they “WORK” before I plant them out there. I chose which camera by checking the Verizon and AT&T Data maps for that Area, and AT&T Is stronger there. I set the cameras up in my backyard and ran them for 6 months . I read the directions FIRST , and learned everything about them . What batteries I need for what I want them to do ...What can happen to them..What they can do...Don’t do...How they work best ... And things that can go wrong. Now I’m very confident they will work for me when I take them to my hunting property. Since this is really a review of the APP. I gave it 5 stars because it is very intuitive . Clean and easy to navigate. Works great on IPhone. It just simply “WORKS”. And that is a win in my book! I’ve heard some stories of people having issues with the product. Well just keep in mind. You usually always here the news that is bad. What broke..What Airplane crashed. And not good news. Or what didn’t break. Or what Airplane landed. I don’t care how good a product is. When there is a lot of it...A few mishaps will happen from time to time. As far as my cameras, and this app. I have ZERO COMPLAINTS! Thanks Spypoint!!

    Honest opinion

    I bought spypoint when they first rolled out and paid close to what i paid for my very first trail cam in the early 90’s, so i understand cost for innovation. I never experienced battery issues, but i do use the recommended energizers, actually my batteries lasted all season into summer. The only issue i had was when i called for support, i waited an hour and a half, but support was very good when i got thru. I then went to cabelas and saw the micro on sale for $100, that kind of explains the slow support. Regardless of support, i have bought three micros since and cant be happier for the money. Pictures are not as good as evo but i can count points! Thanks for the great product, several of my friends and i enjoy them and the referral program.

    I have 3 of these cameras

    I have the Link S, Link Dark, and the Link Micro. Overall these cameras are great. I really love the new HD picture on request $5 deal. To me it makes these cameras even better. One thing that needs to be fixed is the photo at next transfer option used to work great as a sort of a picture status check of your area that you could see at your selected transfer time. Basically it would send a picture of your area to you at your transfer time whether there is motion or not. This was a really nice feature. I wish it still worked. This feature worked up until late last year, but it hasn’t worked for a long time now. Please fix this and I’d be happy to change my review to 5 stars. I still really like the cameras.

    Working well

    As a trail camera I would say it is average to slightly below average in picture quality and trigger sensitivity. When combined with the cellular capability and the price point I would consider this camera to be above average overall. This camera does have quirks. You need to format your SD card on your home computer before inserting into the camera. Also, if you are using AA batteries you should always use lithium. Don't use rechargeable batteries unless it is designed for this camera. My camera has been in use since early September and it is almost the end of October. My original lithium batteries are still at 100% charge and that is averaging 10+ pictures a day. I consistently have 2 bars signal strength. The app is extremely easy to use.
