Value for money = great
This is a nice Camera and price is definitely something to consider when you want to add extra security to your house. Security doesn’t have to be expensive. Camera works fine, day and night I get alerts when there is motion detected in certain range. I would say that the sensor is good but it detects flies and bugs, you can decrease or increase sensitivity though.

Pleasantly surprised
Like all new electronic gadgets I had to try a few times to put it in operation. Once it was working I was impressed by the features and clarity. My only disappointment is it appears you can only have one camera per account. If that is not true, I couldn’t find a way to share one camera on two or more phones. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Excellent price and features.
We have security cameras at work that were way more expensive than this. Yet Victor has more features and abilities than the ones at work. I have bought two of them and have recommended the product to several people. The connectivity is spotty at times, but it still is a great product.

Works pretty well
A lot of people can’t seem to figure this app out. It’s not rocket science. It’s easy to share the camera with another account, the picture is good. There’s a minor lag moving the camera remotely, but zoom in and that’s minimized. If you expect a support staff to take you by the hand, don’t use FREE software. It does what I need and didn’t cost me anything. What’s not to like?

Good but installation issue..
The camera quality was surprisingly good and night time viewing was unbelievable. With the lights almost all the way off, I could still see the room in pretty good detail. The issue I had was with the installation. It took at least 6 tries before the installation took. I kept getting an installation error to check the router password or two other settings that I checked and confirmed multiple times for accuracy. I came close to returning the product back to the retailer.

I want to cancel my 30day trial of the cloud service of IPC360 . Its proving very difficult and messing up the performance of my camera. Please help.

I’ve sent a message to cancel the free 30 trial on the Puwell Cloud, I sent the Outdoor security camera back 4 days ago and I don’t need the Cloud and DO NOT WANT TO BE CHARGED FIR SOMETHING I DON’T HAVE! I have two email addresses (1st) [email protected] (2nd) [email protected]
I haven’t heard from anyone since I sent a email 4 days ago. I’m not going to call someone in Asia somewhere to cancel this cloud! It shouldn’t be this difficult to cancel, if I don’t hear from someone, then I’ll contact the Better Business Barrel and the FBI if I don’t get this taken care of!
