How to Cancel Merged!

I have had this app! since the iPhone SE. Reinstalled it earlier after getting my interest back in it. Then I saw this new updated version and decided to reinstall that, but it crashes so I uninstalled everything, but it still crashes.I am using the iPhone XS Max now. I found a temporary fix when you see a flash and your screen freezes: you touch the screen at the bottom and bring your finger halfway up to show running apps. Then select this app! and remove it. Then go to your main screen and select the game to bring you back to where you left off. Slight hassle, but it works for the meantime. Once in a blue moon you will get an unsolvable screen instead of where you left off so you have to remove that screen as well. Hope you guys are having fun solving the bug. I wish that I was a programmer so that I could help! I have screenshots when it freezes if you have an email address that I can email it to.

Fun game. Requires thinking, planning and strategy so NOT a mindless game, which is great. But, it’s way to difficult to get higher scores on this game. If the algorithm allowed for fewer doubles-especially once the board fills up-to give you a chance to actually achieve a high score it would be so much more fun to play. Unfortunately the way it is now, the less space available on the board it seems like the more doubles you get so you are basically screwed once the board is over half full. Also, could be user error but I have played for a while now and have not been able to improve my score over time. That ends up making the game a bit boring after a while.

I love this game. Super fun and addicting. I had this game a while ago, deleted it because I didn’t play it for a while. I got it back a couple days ago, and noticed a weird glitch that would happen when I do an especially good move. For example if I get a couple merges in one move (if you have played you know what I mean) this weird flash goes across my screen and it freezes or something. It does that flash and then it doesn’t give me another pair of blocks and it is so weird. The first time this happened I thought my phone was the problem, so I did the double click home button and cleared it and then go back into the app and it would leave me back where I was. Then it happened again the next time I did a good move! 5 stars would be given if this bug was fixed. Very frustrating and annoying glitch. This was my first review so idk honestly what I am supposed to say but I just love this game and want it to be fixed!

Like many free to play games, this app has always relied on ads. The game itself is a relatively relaxing and fun game to play. However, since I reinstalled it, I have realized it is really “Ads the game.” As I played, every time I went up a level, I would have to exit to the Home Screen where I got to watch 1-2 ads. What was really fun is that several of them were the kind where there is no exiting them without opening the App Store...which ALWAYS makes me want to get THAT app. Then you click to go in, and you have a banner ad at the top blocking most of your controls. Oh, and you had to watch an ad to go back into the level. Then you go up another level and another 2-4 ads, probably for Garden Scape. So it used to be fun, now not so much unless you want to see annoying Garden Scape ads over and over and over again.

I’ve enjoyed playing this game however the maddening thing is there is no way to know what numbers are coming in order to help strategize as you move along. At the beginning the numbers that come create easy merges. Then it starts offering numbers that won’t combine and there’s no way to know if what is coming will be a single or a double toss. So it’s very hard to progress… it’s like the game gets to control outcome not you as there is no way to influence the toss. Also The beginning throw is always the same and the increase level doesn’t change anything just shows you how long you’ve been playing. Can’t undo a move either and no game explanations with it or timer all of which would be an easy and fun addition. So It’s fun for a while but limited engagement with no real way to progress beyond getting better at seeing how the merges can be maximized.
