To cancel your G Cloud Backup subscription on PayPal, do the following:

1. Login to www.paypal.com .
2. Click "Settings" » "Payments".

4. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to. Click on "G Cloud Backup" or "Genie9 LTD" to cancel.

Delete G Cloud Backup from iPhone:

3. Click on that X to delete the G Cloud Backup app.
