Cedars-Sinai is the standard for excellence in care. Those values extend to our mobile app. With our app, patients can connect with their care team, manage their medical records and track their health progress. U.S. News & World Report ranks Cedars-Sinai the No. 2 hospital in the country. App Features Stay Connected Communicate with your doctor, check lab results, schedule appointments, track your medical records and more. Connect your account to Apple Health to pull health-related data from your personal devices right into My CS-Link. Find a Doctor Find the doctor who can treat your medical needs based on specialty, condition or location, or just search by their name. Location Information Get directions to the nearest Cedars-Sinai urgent care, hospital or medical office. Looking for a bite to eat at the hospital? The app can help with that, too. Urgent Care Save My Spot With Save My Spot, simply choose the location and time you want to come to an urgent care. Saving your spot in line helps minimize your wait time upon arrival. If the Save My Spot times are taken for the day, you can still walk in and be seen during business hours. (Note: Please be aware that clinical needs are evaluated on a walk-in basis, so your reserved spot in line may change depending on the urgent medical severity of others. Wait times listed online are estimates and subject to change.) Apple Health Connectivity Using your My CS-Link account, you can download your medical record to Apple Health and take it with you wherever you go. When you connect your My CS-Link account to Apple Health, you can add information to your medical record like steps, blood pleasure, glucose levels and BMI. Walking Directions Getting around the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center just got easier. Our new Walking Directions feature allows you to get turn-by-turn directions to nearly 400 points of interest. You can also mark your parking spot. Schedule an Appointment Our updated appointment scheduling just got easier. With My CS-Link, you can schedule an appointment with a provider you’ve seen before. Cedars-Sinai is an amazing place. If one has to be ill, this is by far the best place to be. The medical professionals are among the best in the world but this is only one part of what makes them so much better. Here the doctors, nurses and technicians actually care and show it. The philosophy of the medical center is to take care of the complete patient/person and take into account the immediate family or care givers. A totally different attitude from all the other hospitals we’ve come into contact with where they treat patients as income. The Cedars-Sinai patient web app could be no less. All the medical information in one easy to access place. The only addition I can think of is to have the more complex test summarized in easier layman terms.

The doctors and nurses were extremely nice and patient, very informative and kind. There was only one nurse that was impatient and not as kind as the others were. She seemed to be a little aggressive and agitated, as if she didn’t want to be bothered. Her tone was assertive and aggressive at times. Looking back, everything that is going on with Covid 19, she was probably overwhelmed and a little stressed. Yet, Im not going to allow one bad experience to reflect on how nice the other people treated me. Overall, I had a wonderful experience being that I was in the hospital. Keep up the great work and I appreciate all the help that was given to me. You guys are greatly appreciated every single day.

I’ve had three very delicate spinal surgeries in the past three years and unfortunately may be needing that many more in as many years coming up. I have been under the care of Dr Neel Anand and his group. ALL of my surgeries, hospital stays, follow ups and everything to do with my care has been exceptional! I had four prior spine surgeries at other locations and none compared to the treatment and care I received at Cedars-Sinai and from Dr. Neel Anand and his group. I am so thankful to still be alive and have a meaningful life because I was lucky enough to have been accepted into the Cedars-Sinai and Dr Anand’s care!

I love being able to see my rheumatology results. For the “medical conditions“ section of this app, it has wrong things, which I don’t know where they came from, and that is annoying, because if you deny having this condition to a new doctor, a doctor always thinks you don’t know what the hell you’re talking about. I think it’s great you can email your doctor. I think that says a lot more about the doctors than about the app.

I used to live three blocks south of the hospital but now have retired 130 miles north-east of the hospital so timely communications are essential. App, phone, emails and CS-link are essential between myself, Cedars-Sinai staff, Cedars-Sinai Neurosurgeon, and locally monitoring Neurologist. My wife was also referred by her local Neurologist for Parkinson’s screening last year at Cedars-Sinai with a procedure not available locally. Their staff, procedures, facilities, used of technologies are superb!
