write this review for those who know nothing about one of our most efficient eGov platforms that has been called "Absher" which means "at your service". Simply this app makes our life very convenient; it saves us time, effort, money and much more than that. No body outside Saudi Arabia could imaging where were we before Absher! Since it was launched 11 years ago, Absher has been greatly contributing to the quality of our lives. Yes, it improved it big time. Moreover, it has supported and enhanced both security and efficiency of other eGov services. I know that many countries on the G20 list are still far away from reaching what Absher has brought to us. There are more than 25 eService on Absher that any good citizen of a country would be thrilled and delighted to have access to within his/er country. We are grateful and thankful to the great men and women behind Absher platform. My parent's generation, my generation and next generations can't/won't thank you enough for your outstanding achievements. All the best!

An excellent initiative in a very nice and simple system (application). It saves us a lot of time & it eliminates bureaucracy. As a senior computer professional, I can tell you that it does the job in a simple, straightforward way without any security compromises. In other words, it is simple & secure. Everyone in the family (above 16) can finish their government processes on their own. My wife & daughter like this a lot as it saves them time.. university time.. they finish their needs in a few minutes. You can also delegate to another person.. I can help my wife.. she can help me .. etc electronically without any need for physical presence. Our house staff also have their own usernames & passwords and they can finish their needs just like everyone else.. equally and seamlessly. Don’t forget home documents delivery.. Right to your doorsteps!! The Arabic meaning of the name of the APP says it all; Absher! Thanks for making everyone’s life easier *hug*

This app revolutionized the way Saudi citizens deal with government related documents, requests, traffic related issues, immigration, and courts. It enabled us to do everything one needs to do in a matter of seconds with a touch of a finger. I can renew my driver license, issue my passport, grant power of attorney and to top it off you can have them delivered to your house. All of these services would take weeks in any country. After all of this tremendous effort that have been made some ignorant, culturally illiterate who have no idea what this app is about come and say oh wait a second we need to band this app because some other ignorant told me it is bad for women rights...! Are you kidding me!!!!? have you even tried this app before making a joke of yourself. I’m starting to lose faith in humanity lol

A couple of years ago if you wanted to get a license , passport , etc basically any governmental work you had to go and wait for a couple of hours in the heat it made life harder especially for old people , now with a click of a button you can renew your license or passport or even get a new one while you’re laying in bed for you or your family even they get it delivered to your doorstep within 2 days with no extra cost , all of the people outside of Saudi Arabia don’t have these kind of services you have to go yourself and wait for at least 3 hours in line as I experienced before in America ,France , Germany and many other countries , this is just plain hatred against something so peaceful and helpful...

It is hard to imagine how we were living before this app came out. It literally provides us with that commodity that always drains and never increases - time. I can avail many services including but not limited to: - Issue and renewing passport whilst choosing to receive it by post or pick up. - Renew all types of documents, IDs, licenses. - Check traffic violations - Issue and renew Visas for domestic workers and family members. - Renew and check status of cars through a dashboard. - Issue powers of attorney electronically to use the service in case I can’t. In fact, Absher services and dashboard are far superior to any bank-grade dashboard that I have seen. I would argue that there is no app like it in the world. It makes life easier. On top of that, the developers regularly come out with new services that further the goal of the app. Which is to make citizens and expatriates living in the Kingdom and abroad enjoy peace of mind as we complete/execute services in the palm of our hand. I would argue that there is no app like it in the world and that it would be a great template from which nations could derive a great lesson in servicing the people it hopes to satisfy.
