Communicate has been a great tool for all of our home health and hospice staff. Not only does it expedite communication between the office and clinicians, it is also a great way to capture proof of case conferencing when you link the messages to a specific patient. It has been a more effective means of communication for us when compared to Outlook or other types of messaging we have used in the past.

My coworkers and I rely on Brightree to communicate about patients, in a secure setting without having to have internet, but the last month or so, we have all stopped getting notifications. It has caused us to miss important texts and it’s honestly really annoying. *and , yes, I have the notifications turned on* once they fix this problem I’ll give it more stars.

I wish that you can have a louder sound that works along with Brightree so you know that you received a message.
I wish that there was a way you would know that the person you sent the message to has received it. There is a secure message system out there that lets you know when your message as been read.
I do like that you can send a message to staff while also putting that message in the patients record, cuts down on charting.

It would be helpful if Brightree allowed you to stay logged in. With that being said, there should be at the very least a notification from Brightree when there's a new message. Our clinicians are in the field all day. There's no way to know when there's a message without constantly logging in "just to check". Brightree is slow and needs an update ASAP!

Application is slow ,requires good internet connection to work ,if can fail where internet message on smart phone will air with poor connection, need to hit refresh if some one reply’s you back during application use ,it requires to use lengthy log in every time you want to check message ,it might be better if it can be set up with Touch ID with smart phone or 4 digit code to unlock to improve its use and timely access ,I am regular use of this as it required by work but it require good internet connection in country area to function else it won’t work
