Great way to Communicate with field staff!

Communicate has been a great tool for all of our home health and hospice staff. Not only does it expedite communication between the office and clinicians, it is also a great way to capture proof of case conferencing when you link the messages to a specific patient. It has been a more effective means of communication for us when compared to Outlook or other types of messaging we have used in the past.

Stopped getting notifications

My coworkers and I rely on this app to communicate about patients, in a secure setting without having to have internet, but the last month or so, we have all stopped getting notifications. It has caused us to miss important texts and it’s honestly really annoying. *and , yes, I have the notifications turned on* once they fix this problem I’ll give it more stars.
