Book Keeper Accounting is a business accounting app designed for small and medium businesses. It is a complete accounting package that helps businesses maintain their company books and do all financial accounting. The app supports taxation like GST, VAT, etc. and is GST ready for Indian businesses. It has a simple user interface that allows users to send invoices and estimates, track expenses and receipts, manage inventory, view and send various financial reports, and much more. The app is available for a 14-day free trial, after which users can opt for a yearly subscription or a one-time purchase plan.

Google Drive Sync

1: Even if I wanted to buy more licenses, I couldn’t because Dropbox free version support only three devices. At least add google drive sync.

2: Aged Receivable are not showing accurate figures. It doesn’t include the partially paid invoices and/or invoices with due date of next month.

3: Business summary doesn’t open except for admin. Even after granting all the permissions.

4: (ios & Desktop) Inventory batches are not working properly, after multiple entries I noticed multiple batches with same name in inventory tracking report and during buying and selling.

5: (Desktop) Payroll doesn’t support partial payment of salaries.

Feature Requests:

1: Import data should include the preview of transactions.

2: Aged Receivable should include 2 columns, last payment date and amount.

MAC OS Version

I have been using book keeper for my company for the past 5 years here in Saudi Arabia. App is great and very user friendly. The very unfortunate part is that there is no MAC version for BookKeeperAccounting . Please make a version for the MAC OS for macbook users because our whole company is an Apple User

When I changed to a new IOS all my inventory line became crunched together and you can hardly see the lives of products. I don’t know why this happened.

MacOS APP IS NEEDED

This is great software but it must have MacOS stand alone version since the software is NOT web-based/cloud-based software. There is NO way for MacOS users to use the software.

Way Behind

BookKeeperAccounting is way behind. I current use QBO but am looking for other alternatives. After seeing Xero, Zoho, and others, this one is way behind and too limited.

Very Good update , but still need multi-currencies, and salary reports for companies ( that calculate the salary for every one , and the tax , the social insurance )
