ApartmentFinder is good, but I HATE having to click into each place to see if they allow pets because while you can search for places that allow cats or dogs, you can’t search for places that don’t allow pets. As a severe allergy suffer, this is a huge deal for me because even going to look at the wrong place that is full of pet dander could lead to an asthma attack. If you can search by who allows which pets you should also be able to search by which places don’t allow them. Plus as a non-pet owner I don’t want to heat dogs barking all night in neighboring apartments.

While checking out the housing market for a family member I found ApartmentFinder. Our son was moving to Denver after only being in the city one time prior. ApartmentFinder showed him
A full range of available properties with amenities. In one short house (apartment) hunting trip he found the perfect apartment. Close to work, shopping and a great park.

I would highly recommend ApartmentFinder!

So difficult to just see a listing as everything seems to be formatted based on the building. You get a slew of "listings" showing not a price but a price range for the most part, then are brought to where you can select which size apartment in that building (number of beds, etc.). That would be fine, except there seems no clear way to then see photographs of the ACTUAL unit. You're left with more than half the already limited photo count showing mostly lobbies and almost never a floor plan, but then how could it, since the focus is on the building not the unit.

I work construction so obviously the money isn’t an issue. But for a while I was looking on other apps and it would only show me run down places for a high price. ApartmentFinder is great, shows you what’s available and what will be available soon. Even does the calculation for you. Great app.

I thought I like ApartmentFinder . But I really have a strong dislike for it! I’m deleting ApartmentFinder as soon as I’m done with this review. I made an account to keep record of any property I was interested in. However, when I hit the “ heart” it never saves to my favorites. I tried several times. I’m over it. It’s worthless , what’s the point if I have to continually try to find new properties but I have no record of the previous so the compare and contrast factor is out the window. I wish I can rate it more but I just can’t.

If you go to save a search through Google Sign in, it pops up a webpage. After picking your profile, it asks you if its ok to redirect to ApartmentFinder . If you do so, the sign-in in ApartmentFinder pops up again with blank info, once again asking you to select your google sign in, which once again, directs you to the webpage. Unfortunately, using it in a browser has its own problems, because when you scroll down on the left side to browse the listings, it instead thinks you’re trying to refresh the webpage.

Good lord, who is coding this ****?

Overall I like ApartmentFinder . I especially love that there seems to be way more listings then I can find on other apps which is great! But my biggest issue is there’s no way to share a listing which is super frustrating. I hate having to screen shot it to send to my husband because then he has to look it up to see all the other pictures etc..

this app has been super great. Easy to go through everything on a map and extremely helpful in trying to compare. My only complaint is that there isn’t an option to share what you find unless you go into Safari and find it, then share the link. Next update, maybe?

i love ApartmentFinder! Me and my twin sister have been struggling to find a proper apartment in orlando for a couple months and have been let down by the lack of organization of other apps. This is the first app that allows me to search by colleges and properly sort my results by my requirements. love it!

I think that ApartmentFinder is very useful and entertains the idea of finding easy and nice but also quick to go apartments! It’s also real accommodating to finding rental options and other stuff like that! Thanks Apt Finder!

Apparently this has been an issue for a while. Not being able to sign in using Facebook makes ApartmentFinder unusable for me. The real question is, why include the option in ApartmentFinder if it doesn’t work? I wasted my time trying multiple times because I thought it was something I was doing wrong. So not only did I waste time trying ApartmentFinder, I wasted more time writing this review and will waste even more time deleting it.

Easy to use. The filters only return amenities desired, including pet. Really like that searches can be saved. Great being able to search by neighborhood instead of drawing an area.

I love ApartmentFinder . My only issue is once I enlarge a photo to full screen I can’t seem to get out of it to go back to the main app. I have to close ApartmentFinder and open it back up. There should be an X or something. I have an iPhone XS if that matters.

Great APP. I actually recently found my new apartment through ApartmentFinder! I’ve tried all the apartment apps but this one is my favorite! It’s set up to use very easily. You can also contact an apartment you’re interested in. Thank you!

I’m very disappointed with this time every time I saved a apartment when I contact them is always by gmail and they never answer back in addition to that when you save to favorites it never get safe you have to look over and over again I have a lot looking there and whenever I found something never hear back...😓😓👎👎
