I am glad that in the past few years we have such great bank applications to do all the services from AlRajhi with out going to the branches from issue new Card & points Offer ect.

Since I’m working in this successful organization it’s the best place I have worked with my colleagues my supervisor the manager everyone are nice kind and cooperative with each other and me and I love working in AlRajhiBank I love my job. I like AlRajhi because it is fairly easy to use and fairly easy to know what to do. I only use AlRajhi in English, and I have only had a few issues with translations of certain terms.

I have been using my account in this app for transferring money to members of family inside or outside the kingdom.
this app services is great. Accessible through mobile phones easily, fast and reliable.

For god’s sake stop asking for rating my experience after EACH transition I make. I’ve done once, why am I asked to do it million times? It makes my transition experience worse & worse!

Very good very smooth no glitches I’ve been able to do a lot of work on it and it makes things a lot easier but I wish they would stop asking for me to review their app

I love how AlRajhi is fast in performance and easy to use especially the dashboard’s layout and actions that you can do and the many services they provide.

Simply the best Saudi bank app.

There is an issue when I want to type this sample _ the under score can not be typed and even copied because my user name contains this sample _ so because of that I couldn’t log to AlRajhi even the other app of AlRajhiBank.

Need to enhance UX. Less bold fonts and more focus on the important details. Bold font is overwhelming. Overall, better than the last one.

I liked the new app, but I hope they fixed their error messages. Like when I try to transfer money with insufficient funds, it just says error no.
I wish it would say error, insufficient funds.

Are use the light of banking appThe old version of this app bank was my favorite but I find this new version is not that great, And it is a step back not forward.
Maybe if i use the new version back in 2015 I would be impressed.
There is some points need to be consider:

1. a lot of unnecessary information pops up on your face,Not smooth and It doesn’t look good.

2. The market (السوق الإلكتروني)Is old , poor and look ridiculous.

3. Now my favourite banking app is alahli bank, really smooth everything is important no poor quality programming.

The design is outstanding, the features are just great no longer you need to go to the bank or the transfer office all are bundled in AlRajhi

I opened my account and made an international transfer within minutes and all using my phone. No branch needed. Best experience with a Saudi bank so far.

This is the bank in the Kingdom and there is none even close it. Fantastic customer service with customer friendly e-banking. Just excellent.

I like this version the most. Very efficient and fast. Has a good color scheme but the UI still needs some improvement the fonts so often appear very small that it is hard to reas

This new app is way better than the previous one. It also has Face ID which was not available in the previous app
