this app desktop application is fantastic but the mobile app leaves a lot to be desired. It’s simply the desktop app wrapped around a mobile app. Hard to manage, operate and get around.

There is no where to control what push notifications you get so your bombarded with alerts for anything happening on agile. The one thing that stops this app from being the best is there lack of a true live chat solution which is funny because they started out as a live chat company. Intercom, userengage, drift and new comer freshchat have all pulled away from agilcrm because of this. They have a live chat beta but they are way behind at the moment when it comes to live chat. Others are already integrating kB articles in chats, sending email replies to customers who left your chat and site and even offering sms answers and follow ups. This is the one thing stopping us from fully using this app as our full solution.

OVER 1 YEAR NO APP UPDATES

Developers have not pushed any type of app update in over one year. iOS users have to close the entire app out to back out of certain areas within AgileCRM because there are no back buttons. Makes no sense for a company that generates over $80 million a month in customer subscription fees and is based in India where there are app developers on every corner to not push a fresh device support update. To be contender in the CRM market today, routine app updates to support phone updates are a must. Please show care for your customers who are paid subscribers and want app support.

Try the PWA

Go to their website on mobile, sign in and save the webpage as a PWA, ie add the webpage to the home page on your devise.
Then open it from the icon on your devise, and enjoy the fluid mobile friendly experience.

Needs to be optimized for iPhone X, and other reviews are accurate

Blank screen-Does not work

I use Agile on my desktop and it works good. There are a few bugs, but it’s software... bound to happen.

The mobile app does not work at all for me, but the browser mobile version works. Avoid AgileCRM as it doesn’t even load and use the mobile browser version.

Hey Agile CRM.... save your reputation and remove this from AgileCRM Store.

Needs work, not worth the download

I ended up deleting AgileCRM because it’s useless. All sorts of error messages popping up left and right. Why spend the time creating an app if you’re going to do this terrible of a job? Please work on improving this, an app would make this crm far more useful.

Address the basics, like being able to click on an address to bring up a map or click on the website URL to bring up the customer’s website.

Abandoned 🥴

It’s been 4 years since the last update. AgileCRM is completely unusable. Agiled needs to step up and rebuild AgileCRM or Apple needs to boot this from the store.

I’m wondering if this product will ever find a new update. So glitchy and unusable. Time to shift to another CRM because there is no love here for their mobile customers.

Does not work at all

Updating to latest iOS on my iPhone 6 broke AgileCRM. Bert slow, no longer pulls up any information. Regret my company investing in this CRM solution.

I heard Senior developers left the Company

They are not doing any fixes and updates anymore. Their Google suite add on and Chrome app not working either.

Good CRM but Ver 1 of App Needs Work

Like this app but AgileCRM needs work. Seems like this is simply the mobile browser version rather fully native for IOS. Small fonts with a lot of stuff on a small screen. Tends to hang with spinning/loading wheel. Would love to see it integrate better with IOS functionality and have a UI that is more suited to phone users. And unfortunately, can't seem to place calls to contacts from my iPhone. That should be a no brainer and a must have feature on the go in a phone version of AgileCRM . Good start & like the fact that can seem to access everything as in the desktop version but just doesn't seem fully optimized of a phone UX. You guys are great with innovating and making iterations on the desktop version, would love to see the same applied to the iOS app.

Almost Good

I want to love AgileCRM as it is something I need with respect to my this app account. I would like to see them improve the productivity aspects of AgileCRM. I would like to have notifications of tasks or calendar reminders—or both!
