So far, this app is way behind the technology race in that it simply doesn’t work. In fact, all it really does is show my upcoming events. But when you click on them to get more information, it says their servers are down… and, this has been the story since installing this app. I was thinking about a paid version since I’m planning on doing more races this year… but I’d worry that this would be the case even with a paid version!!! Server issues like this could mean a lot of things including IT security!!! I do hope you work this out sooner than later!

This is the worst app it doesn’t do anything you can’t claim you’re registration and I called customer service please don’t get me started they give you the runaround. First you can’t find the # you have to google it then you call it it’s no help and you have to call another # smh ridiculous. Luckily who you talk to is very polite and try to be helpful but it is really nothing they can do. I just wanted to transfer my registration it shouldn’t be that hard but apparently it is. A bad experience I doubt I use them again. So no more mud runs. THANKS.

I have used the Active website to purchase 5k runs and others..BUT when you use the app they have a little box checked somewhere..and I’m savy don’t get me wrong..but apparently they need memberships so badly they’ll underhandedly check that box and wham! You’ve just purchased a $90 membership you never wanted. Just a heads up. Also, when you call in they’ll make you feel like you just changed your mind...not apologizing and taking any of the blame. Maddening.
