This app is HORRIBLE
Not only does the app lack features from what a support person would need to access this from their phone, what it does do DOESNT WORK. I am tired of typing up emails and then getting an error message that the message can’t send for NO reason. Your app is trash.

Ok, But Not Complete!
For any app you should be able to do everything you can do with the desktop version. Can’t do approvals on ZOHO Desk mobile app. Menus in all ZOHO One Apps are typically not the same. This is no exception. ZOHO programmers must program in a bubble without regard for any consistency access all ZOHO One apps.

Zoho desk changes the send from email automatically to another address
The fact that zoho changes the email address to some default email every time I respond create massive disorder. Double the tickets. This happens only in the mobile app, not on the frack too. Impossible to use
