Incredible amounts of tools and capability

Started using this product a couple years back at the company I was in employed with. In the beginning we had multiple departments that needed to be set up and configured. Then we had our employees and management. Everything from payroll documentation is needed for either services provided or services received. Gateways for processing credit cards, assistance with web page, a support ticketing system. Multiple apps for multiple paths of communication. Statistics analytics you name it they got it. But itā€™s up to the customer to take the time to set it up. This company does not know exactly what you need unless you ask. Patient knowledgeable and happy to assist the support team has been spectacular. Love the people, professional, humble, and very enlightening. Currently started my own business and implementing the same CRM. Thank you for developing implementing and putting it into production. Also I have a secret, they are from India and I have done technical support and managed technical support also. I am an American and I love my country. Born in Los Angeles and totally anti-racist. America and the rest of the countries never let language be a Barrier for your success!!!

Great concept, Needs improvement

Zoho has been part of the CRM revolution with an app and service that has potential.

The latest update seems not to fix any issues, but made things worse: One thing Iā€™ve noticed is that itā€™s not saving the data properly. This is very frustrating, especially after working for hours on gathering leads and accounts information - you go and enter the data, hit save and call it a night. When you come back to resume where you left off or you need to go back and retrieve the data: itā€™s not there. You only find what youā€™ve entered the first time you created the item months ago, and not what youā€™ve entered and updated since.

Another downfall is trying to export all your data from Zoho CRM to Outlook. ā€˜Cause letā€™s face it: one can not rely on your data being 100% safe and accessible anywhere. You always must have a back up. But the problem here is that when you export from Zoho CRM to Outlook: the data doesnā€™t appear in the fields where they supposed to be. Itā€™s all scattered in odd fields, even the most basic info like a companyā€™s address or phone number, making the whole thing useless. It just needs a much better Outlook integration.

It leaves you to think: If this basic CRM plan is unreliable, you think Iā€™ll want to upgrade to the next tiers??

This is why I give ZohoCRM a two-star rating, which means that Zoho Corp has more and better work to do.

Incredible CRM!

I was recently hired as a Senior Account Executive and had never worked with Zoho before. I was pretty much thrown into the fire and told to figure it out in how I can organize leads, potentials, proposals, and calendars.
Well, Zoho is not only easy to figure out, it has every component I would have used separately. For example if I want to see how many accounts are in proposal state and what the quotes are, itā€™ll show me the potential for conversion. I can also set meeting reminders, call back reminders, and assign tasks to employees.

Zoho is a tool that I highly recommend to anyone needed client management. Simple and fabulous!

Broken on iphone X

The developers have placed the search icon in the "horn" area of the iPhone X's notched screen, but failed to hide the phone's default reception/battery display; instead, they overlay each other. This makes the search icon nonfunctional and renders the entire app basically unusable. It is a very obvious problem and makes me wonder what other aspects of ZohoCRM 's programming are also substandard.

Also, the search function itselfā€”on phones where it even works at allā€”is, shall we say, quirky. By which I mean, it is badly implemented and often cannot find the record I'm looking for unless it's phrased just right.

Finally, it has a really obnoxious tendency to reset itself to its home screen if I leave ZohoCRM even for a moment. This is very annoying especially if I'm trying to transcribe information from a record into another app, such as for instance if I'n trying to find a customer's contact info and copy it into an email.

Overall I would say ZohoCRM gives an impression of having been made by amateurs, except that would be an insult to the many fine programs made by amateur programmers. Instead, I'd say it gives an impression of having been made by incompetents.

After using Zoho for two years now...

I canā€™t tell you how impressed I am as a business owner with Zoho. I am not IT, but most of even complex options I can do with the help of their support. The program itself is beyond solid, it has dozens of practical partner programs (we use salesiq, forms and others), but the most important feature is their customer service. Always someone available within seconds through phone and chat. Always quick to help and solve. Itā€™s a beast of a program but it has to be so it does everything we need and then some.

ZohoCRM is getting better, however there is still some ways to go. The List of features donā€™t quite work as described or perhaps the descriptions are not accurate as to how the features actually work. Iā€™ll give an example logging phone calls that one would think that being told that is a feature that all phone calls are logged that it would log all the phone calls made on the device however that is not true and does not do that. It takes a little time to get to learn however it can be very useful for advance contact management on your device that you can reference a desktop version of.

Needs work.

I began to use ZohoCRM on my iPad Pro, but quickly became frustrated. I was using my ZohoCRM on my iPad with the Apple Smart Keyboard when I clicked login and was forced into landscape mode, causing me to have to collapse the keyboard and flip the device around.

Once I logged in and the interface went back into landscape, I began to add a contact. I normally use the tab key to navigate between entry fields (and Iā€™m pretty sure this is common practice), but ZohoCRM would not allow me to do this. I quickly grew tired of the cumbersome navigation. Luckily I had my MacBook with me today otherwise I would have to keep using ZohoCRM .

I would really like to see all of Zohoā€™s apps optimized for use with the iPad Pro.

Awesome CRM for Salespeople

Great CRM app for sales people. ZohoCRM can handle everything a salespeople needs. Easily track calls, fire quick emails, move leads through sales process. If you donā€™t have any systems in place to manage your contacts ZohoCRM will get you started out of the box. Leads need to be in a separate module than Contacts. Zoho CRM knows this and already made the modules for you. Leads. Contacts. Deals. Everything a salesperson needs to easily manage their contacts on their phone.

Decent but Lacking Commonsensical Sync

The most glaring issue I have with ZohoCRM is that it currently does not instantaneously sync with the desktop/web version. Using a mobile app, I should not have to manually sync in order to see changes made to field layouts in module ā€” let alone have to log completely out and then log back in to see any modules that have been recently created. ZohoCRM is nearly unusable during the creation & development of our CRM layout, which makes it impossible to use for testing and to see how our changes look on mobile. Please bring the sync capability into the 21st century!

Good app but there is something missing

We've been using Zoho CRM for about four years. We also upgraded to CRM plus two years ago. I haven't found much use for ZohoCRM unless I'm on the road. Unless I'm missing something, I can't find the reports tab. This is fairly critical to managing our business. If it is available, where is it. If not, please take this as a wish.

Need Apple Watch app

Really good app but needs Apple watch support and the ability to share a contact or account without having to export to contacts or take a screen shot. Also the ability to automatically log incoming calls, use Waze, and speed up the map that shows customers around you. Itā€™s terribly slow. Put some serious thought into watch app. Most people using it probably travel.

Email functionality- invoices module not working , etc.....

Since the last update 2 w ago, when trying to send an email to a contact thru ā€œinvoicesā€, module will not automatically populate the contactā€™s email address (having to select manually the correct email is very difficult when you over 3k contacts with multiple emails with one address already set as default).

App is constantly throwing an error message of some kind (Iā€™ve sent the error log so many times that Iā€™ve lost count)

App is not populating field which already has a predetermined value (this has always worked fine until 2w or so ago)

Big fan of zoho but this one needs help

Iā€™m an avid Zoho user and one of the reasons I like them is they listen and are quick to fix things. So - Iā€™m giving ZohoCRM the worst review because itā€™s gotta change.

Top issues:
1) I canā€™t figure out how to mark a scheduled call as complete on the mobile app. It drives me nuts. Iā€™m on the go a lot so this is catastrophic.
2) The voice memo feature for a completed call should automatically save the memo onto the completed call. Somehow my voice memos are not saved to the call record and I get an ā€˜invalid recordā€™ error upon each save attempt. Plain text records work fine by there is an issue with voice memos.

Those are my two biggest gripes. There are more but for the day to day I just canā€™t get past those things. I love the concepts that this company comes up with and their responsiveness and I am really looking forward to the next release of ZohoCRM so they can wow me again. Thanks.

Please fix loading issues

Love ZohoCRM. Sometimes doesnā€™t load, or crashes. But still the best Iā€™ve found!

Only reason Iā€™m leaving a review is cause it isnā€™t loading properly for one of my accounts I need to record notes on.

After login it does not work. It does not fetch my data even though itā€™s on the server and my login credentials are correct. No data is available. When I try to sync the data it says less than minimum occurrence. When I hit add data such as a lead or contact, or anything really it says permission denied please donā€™t tact your system admin. I am the system admin. So great concept but fails to work as intended. I hope the devs fix this as it would be a great resource to our productivity. Upon a fix I will be glad to re-evaluate my rating.

I needed this so much

Zoho CRM o my computer is not great. This makes it a lot better. As the company owner I am the worst at up dating my notes. This provides fast modern access with speech to text notes. I move around a lot. Now I can update any record quickly. I like the search. It has great filtering. I can view sets of accounts or customers by many easy to use filters.

We use zoho to store and track all of our business information. It is easy to use. Easy to setup. It does take some time but there is lots of help along the way. ZohoCRM puts all of your information right in your hands

Best CRM I have ever seen!

I have been using Zoho CRM for over 2 years. The iOS app has made me much more productive. I can easily see all my daily appointments and tasks, see all of my accounts near me with the cool map view option on accounts and contacts.

Tech support is free and always helpful with anything I need. I encourage anyone who needs a CRM to check out Zoho!

Predatory app

Zoho shut down my use of ZohoCRM because I turned off access to location services. Why does zoho need to know within a few feet my location every time I view my CRM. They donā€™t. They already know by my subscription that weā€™re a Southern California business. Thereā€™s zero legitimate reason for it. Apparently theyā€™re trying to be the next Facebook and track when I go to the bathroom or leave my home. ZohoCRM needs to be removed from ZohoCRM Store until zoho ceases this predatory assault on userā€™s privacy!

Itā€™s a great tool for working anywhere

I love that I can do most everything through ZohoCRM that I can do on my laptop. I canā€™t do big jobs but I wouldnā€™t want to anyway. I can view all tasks, make notes and schedule meetings. I can update records. It is such a great addition to my office tools.

Full Functionality yet easy to use

Iā€™ve worked with CRM systems since the early 90ā€™s. Iā€™ve worked Sage products and Salesforce but all pale in comparison when you consider the overall value offered by Zoho. Itā€™s comprehensive solutions leaves little to be desired. Itā€™s smartphone solutions are powerful, providing instant access to critical information.

Great App except..

Love ZohoCRM and having all my info at my fingertips. One thing that frustrates me though is that ZohoCRM refreshes every time I move away for a few seconds to another app. I will basically lose the note I was working on or the customer info I was entering into ZohoCRM . I am told this is an iOS issue but my other apps donā€™t refresh that fast or at all. Please fix this issue and my rating will go up to 5 stars.
