I have had different email services over the years and i have nothing but loads and loads of just trash spam emails incuding the so called the best email server ?? Yeah right until i came across yandex server then signed up with their great email service and i have the best inbox ever , Yandex your the best !!!! 👍👍👍👍

The only thing id need to add is that it actually has the ability to save passwords directly in the bowser leaving the need for any remembered accounts a thing of the past. I believe they’re based in Russia and have a sister program

Yandex is one of the few email companies that lets you host your business domain (i.e. your “dot com”) for absolutely free (with POP3 and SMTP access). It was easy to setup and I absolutely love it. Thank you Yandex, please keep this service free forever :)

This application requires at least two hands to be used in order to complete such easy functions as “delete”.
The buttons are small and located in the less comfortable place of reach for the user.
While in a view where I see an email I expect to delete it in single touch and be forwarded to the next one - instead I have to click “...” first, and then am forwarded to the whole list.
Time to change a product owner.

My mail sent out to another address not delivered to the inbox directly, all the mails I sent out are delivered to the spam! Why? You guys need to fix this ASAP!!!

I downloaded YandexMail to celebrate the creation of my new Yandex mail account and was shocked to see that it would not send emails. I have read the recent reviews to this effect and can confirm it does not work properly after repeated attempts to reinstall. Shame, because YandexMail is very handsome.

I switched from outlook to this email app. So far I like it a lot especially dark mode. Not everything needs to be overly bright. There is one bug. My sent email folder keeps showing me old emails from 3-4 years instead of my most recent. Be great if you guys can fix this.

One of my main problems while using YandexMail is the unfamiliarity.

Gmail and all major email providers show emails from oldest to latest (top to bottom). But YandexMail shows latest emails on top which is kind of confusing. Is there any way to reverse that?

Also if there's no subject in the email, YandexMail shows a Russian subject. I would expect it in English

I haven’t been able to send emails for over a week. I keep receiving the message that you think I’m spamming so my account will not send my messages. I tried reaching you through YandexMail but it tries to send you an email with my concern. It will not allow me to send any emails from any of my accounts. Hinders my business. Hopefully someone can help.

Begging for a unified inbox...Fantastic mostly except for the odd random email heading displaying Russian instead of English, but that's like 1 out of a few hundred emails that display in English. But please, unified inbox..

Update: it displays a Russian heading if there is no subject in the field. It's saying no subject in Russian I assume. Need English..

Update 2: cannot sign in to Yahoo accounts at all. Service temp unavailable.

After the last update, application is always crashing in sending email. Please fix it

YandexMail is cool, but some mails open way too long. After marking the mails as read, they become unread again

This seemed like a great app. I was all ready to switch over from Gmail. Until I realized I can’t send any emails to any person. And support is nonexistent. They give you a link to email support and EVEN those emails won’t send. So I try to email them from my Gmail account and get no response whatsoever. For days now

I have enjoyed YandexMail for several years. I want to be able to lock this in such a way that no one can get into it. At the present time, I am unable to do this with the passcode or the 4 number lock. Calling this to your attention so you can fix it. N

I have had this for a few weeks and keep trying but yet I cannot believe get it to connect to any of gmail accounts or yahoo accounts.
I have finally given up and deleted it , shame I wanted to try it but it just sits and spins .

I was quite happy with YandexMail, but this last update made this adds at the top of the screen so annoying, that I most likely will stop using it. Seriously, what were you trying to achieve by that?

YandexMail no longer works on my phone. After months of flawless use, one day last week it just stopped working I am no longer able to log in. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times to know avail. The Apple store app support appears in Russian which is no good to me.

It’s not that hard to implement this, but “mark all as read” is nowhere to be found neither in app nor in web version.

And starting 2017 it’s impossible to use yandex email with Spark App.

Be better, guys

This is my daily mail application. It is very simple and easy to use and looks incredible. It is also very easy to forward your other mail accounts to your Yandex which is extremely beneficial. It’s better for native Russian speakers but English version has gotten much better with time and is getting better with every update. Yandex still needs to update YandexMail for the iPhone X but it’s still great

On launch - iphone x

I got a new email address and it does not work. I cannot send or receive emails. I used the email address to sign up for patreon and have been locked out of that account as I cannot confirm my email address because I can’t receive emails. Even worse, Yandex support is nonexistent. I can not submit an issue because even though it is a form to fill out, it goes through email and since I cannot send emails all my help requests are just saved in my drafts.

Yandex used to be awesome, now I suggest you go anywhere else to get an email address because many people (read through the reviews) are having the same issues and their lack of support is horrendous.

I have trusted Yandex to my email and cloud service for years after safety concerns with iCloud and i absolutely love it. The support is immediate and completely personal so I don’t understand these reviews. I would say half may be fake reviews or uneducated of how to use the Yandex features correctly. I work in Software Development and Network Security, so with that said Yandex is amazing and for security reasons I highly recommend it.

I like the background changes, but most of all the fact I can have different email boxes at one platform.

However, wouldn't be easier enabling the account holder to create aliases within the one platform rather creating new accounts for each?

It’s a good app, and I like the idea to have multiple emails accounts under one roof. But there are a few features that need to be implemented. First, the pdf attachments don’t open. Second, when you link your gmail, all the mail goes to the same folder. Gmail does good job separating it by folders like Updates, Primary, Social...etc. I wish the Yandex app mimicked the similar layout, at least for gmail account. And please, remove those adds. Apart from that, YandexMail works fine.

I don't use email extensively (it annoys me) but my general use of YandexMail has been satisfying. No issues I can think of, has a relatively simple interface that makes it easy to do everything I have needed it for. Using as a replacement to the Mail app.
