paid features don't work

I used to use this app with a lot of success last year. So I didn't check the reviews before re-subscribing after downloading, though I did re-familiarise myself with the app's own explanation of the difference between the free and paid features. Wasted $50 re-subscribing only to realize that the paid features don't work!! Specifically, the "not following me back" feature that allows you to filter profiles by how long ago you followed them, which was the whole reason that I upgraded, completely does nothing! Whether I change the settings to 3, 5, or 7 days ago, the app sṭill shows me profiles that I KNOW I only followed yesterday. Completely useless... they need to fix this ASAP or issue refunds...

Bait and Switch?

I have been using either the web site or this app itself for a couple of years. There were free features and premium features with some limitations on the free features that I was fine with. I still was able to use the app for what I needed for free. As a fairly light Twitter user that was building a following this was perfect. Worked out well for the Statusbrew folks too, as I recommended the service to several people that required the paid features. I got what I wanted, my friends got what they wanted, and Statusbrew got what they wanted. Everyone was happy. Then came 2.0. It's not clear why, but nothing works. It appears that in order to get it to work I have to subscribe, but even that isn't explained. I see my account, tap my account, and nothing happens. So either Statusbrew did something slimey or this release is severely broken and they need to learn to test their app. Either way, deleting now. Worthless.

Does not work and I gave it a chance!

If you market your Instagram account the idea makes sense to keep track of your stats. I upgraded for a fee, and tried using it for unfollowing but it's not matching up to what my account actually shows. It's inconsistent and the developers need to fix many issues. For example, if you see you have 500 unfollowers and then click on the page to unfollow you may only see 7. That's pretty useless so I went back to my other apps and wasted $5. Also logged my accounts out many times and caused me to reset my password on Instagram too!
