Stopped working and no response to inquiries
This app worked great for several years But then it hung up when I tried to log off. I had to quit app to get out of it. Then after that it hangs when trying to open gmail. Then once again I have to quit the app in order to proceed. As I said the app worked great for several years on all my iOS devices. But gradually it has stopped working even though I've reinstalled it several times in three different devices. I also refreshed my gmail passwords hoping that would help. When working it is a 5 star. But now it's 0 star. If they responded to my emails I'd give them a break, but they don't.

stopped working-No more support?
Used to be a flawless app but stopped working couple of years ago (end of 2017). I tried uninstalling and installing the app several times without positive results. Login is an impossible task. On my ios tablet login just keeps trying indefinitely without a prompt response while on my ios phone gives me an incoherent response that states the device doesn't allow JavaScript when actually it has it on!. Don't even bother anymore.

I like the app. It functions well. Don't like how they mislead you.
If they wants adds on their app, they need to include that info from the get go- not months later. Offer a free version with adds from day one along with an add free paid version from the start. You can make the choice. But to switch from add free to having adds down the line is wrong. I feel tricked and betrayed. Will be switching to a different mail app as a result. Don't trust them. What will it be next?
