Zipline is the discount card processor for the Oil company we buy our gas from. On July 4, we made a $39.00 gasoline purchase for one of our vehicles. At the same day someone purchased (stole) $112.00 worth of Diesel fuel using our information somehow and we were charged same. Finally saw the obvious issue and contacted our bank which disputed the charge on 8/7/23. The next morning we got the first call from a debt collector named REDI-CHEK. So without any inquiry from Zipline, they immediately threw us under the bus with a debt collector. This is despite the fact that (A) The amount of alleged purchase would have been 30 gallons of diesel fuel, while none of our vehicles has larger than a 16 gallon tank, and (B) We do not own any vehicles that run on Diesel fuel. And (C) we can verify that none of our gas cards were out of our possession during that time. We alerted the local sheriff's department since this is a criminal matter and the report will be available tomorrow. But now we are in the clutches so to speak of a debt collector for which there are numerous nightmare scenarios with the BBB of harassment type conduct. We contacted the oil company and they are following up with their own investigation. They were apologetic and promised to get to the bottom of it ASAP. Now I'm guessing that the oil company didn't contract with Zipline in an attempt to thin out their customer base, so what the heck is up with their policies? Now I'm wondering what kind of headache it's going to be to get this debt collector off our backs? We have been loyal customers of the oil company for years and wish to continue our relationship with them. However, if they contract with some third party outfit that sics a debt collector first and asks questions later, perhaps the discount isn't worth it anymore. Disgustedly, Ed

Great until it wasn’t

This app has been a great tool for me for work, but for the last couple months I can no longer upload photos because the app won’t let me complete an upload regardless of the amount of photos. 50% of what I need the app for is to upload photos for our work groups, so therefore 1 star.
