Contact Realtor com Rentals Support

If you use this app, use it only to find available properties-but don’t get your hopes up as far as realtors go, our first one began to ignore us then said she can’t help us anymore due to a “family emergency” which is fine, but to ignore us without redirection is unacceptable. The Second, kept giving us the run-around and didn’t seem focused on helping us even after knowing about the first experience & the fact that we had to extend our lease due to realtor #1...we’ve been working with them for over two months and the entire things has been a HORRIBLE & STRESSFUL experience! we will never use them again. Use another site or local realtor.

I tried really hard not to do this in a review, but there is no support available for this app. I just get constant error messages. I’ve updated my iOS, turned my phone off and on a bunch, restarted the app, deleted and re-downloaded, and everything else I can think of, and I just get a constant “Something went wrong Retry” error message over and over. This app used to work perfectly, and when it did it was great, but it’s been weeks of this stupid error message, so whatever is going wrong needs to be fixed. The app is completely unusable in its current state. 😢

I just graduated college, and I don’t think I’m ready to buy my own house yet; therefore, I have been looking at rentals/apartments more. I did not get a whole lot of listings (and I know there’s more), this app will not save what I have favorited, had trouble with the filter and hasn’t been overall helpful in my search. The app is literally just a map. I have looked elsewhere for my search. The alternative was better than this experience, so I will probably not use this app again. 😔
