Background: a young marketing professional with 5 years industry experience Download this app, you will not regret it! 5 years from now those of us that had the app in the early days will no doubt be experiencing an incredibly industry advantage gifted to us by Plai! Like many others I stumbled across this app on TikTok - a valid marketing tactic in its own right! I’d like to admit that I am incredibly pleasantly surprised. This app is extremely user friendly. As someone who is still learning to navigate the ever changing marketing landscape, that is important to me The value in this app for me has come in the revelation that Plai is an incredible tool to learn! The strategic questions the app poses right off the bat, which although may seem simple requirements to more experienced marketers, create a dynamic that allows the user to critically think through business planning scenarios. For me personally, this app has allowed me to take some of the fundamentals I have learned at a corporate 9-5 and apply those basics concepts, using strategies that Plai clearly maps out. This has ignited and entrepreneurial side of me which I owe entirely to Plai. I am excited to learn more through this app, and eventually implement revenue generating concepts. As I continue to utilize the app I will be on the lookout for bugs, but have experienced none thus far!

I tried promoting through this app and ended up getting my Google Ads account suspended! This is BS and now Google won’t let me promote anymore, like really??? Not cool! **update** Logan - The Founder - Did reach out to me and expressed great concern and provided some exceptional assistance. Although my account is still disabled (today), he is more than willing to assist to make things right. However, I feel the platform is super smooth and will be VERY useful once this gets smoothed out. I can’t say that I’ll recommend promoting through the app at this time but there are great features that I’m sure will help optimize your ad results that you could use directly on the Google Ad platform (just to be safe). I do appreciate Logan’s customer service and concern. The fact that I was given credit from a free app says a lot about the company’s morale and I can see them going far. Get the kinks out and I’ll be glad to try this again. I’m upgrading to 3 stars from a 1. Thank you.

This app is the greatest app I’ve ever seen for marketing. Especially for times like now where millennials are making their own brands/businesses on Shopify. I can vouch for this because I’m proof. I have a Shopify store and an instagram where I sell my products. I also have a Psychical location so this helps too. I really love this app and recommend it for anyone who is interested in GROWING YOUR BUSINESS! I’ve been following Logan for a while now ever since he started this app. This man is a marketing genius and if you download this app it will change the way you think about marketing. It’s very useful. I also recommend watching Logan’s TikTok’s for quick juicy 10 second marketing tactics. I love you Logan lol you really helped me out a lot and this review dose not do any justice as to how I feel about this app and how it helped me.
